Navigating adolescence and early adulthood can be challenging—for young people and their families alike. I offer compassionate, professional support to help build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and foster personal growth.
With over 30 years of experience working with children and young people, I bring a deep understanding of the emotional landscape of adolescence. My background includes:
- 15 years as a Modern Languages teacher across Northern Ireland
- Over 10 years as a school-based counsellor and adolescent psychotherapist
- Advocacy work with care-experienced youth in the Southern Health & Social Care Trust
- Current private practice and facilitation of Lifeskilz and other psychoeducational programmes in schools and community settings
